Student Data Privacy Addendum

This addendum applies when a K-12 organization uses Teams with students. It supplements the Privacy policy.

Data minimization

For K-12 participants we store first name, last initial and quiz answers. We do not collect student email, birth date, photo or free-text responses from students.

School authorization

The organization owner attests at signup that their school authorizes use of the Service with students. Teams is for educational purposes only.

No advertising use

Student data is never sold and never used for advertising. Participant pages do not load GTM, ad pixels or third-party marketing analytics.

Roles

The school (through the owner) is the controller of student roster data. Learning Style Quiz processes that data to provide the Service. Participant export or deletion requests go through the owner.

Retention

Archived students are hard deleted 12 months after archive. Owners may archive or delete sooner. Organization deletion hard-deletes remaining data after a 30-day grace window.
