How do students sign in?
By email invite. They set a password, take the quiz, and can return for their playbook.
What verification do Department plans need?
An institutional email on our maintained domain list, or a short manual review in our admin queue.
How do I get started?
Create a free account from the University landing page, confirm your email, then add your first class and invite students.
Does everyone get a playbook?
Yes. Every student who finishes the quiz can download their matching J-KAV playbook free. There is no upsell on the participant side.
How do seats work?
A seat is used when a student is on your roster in the current period. Archiving them frees the seat only at the next rollover or renewal. Paid plans can add extras.
Who do I contact for help?
Use the support form. It opens a ticket for our team instead of a public email thread.
