Can I add managers?
Team, Business and Enterprise plans include lead or admin seats beyond the owner. Invite them from Staff.
Do you offer monthly billing?
Yes. Business plans list both monthly and annual prices on the landing page and in the plan picker.
How do I get started?
Create a free account from the Business landing page, confirm your email, then add your first team and invite employees.
Does everyone get a playbook?
Yes. Every employee who finishes the quiz can download their matching J-KAV playbook free. There is no upsell on the participant side.
How do seats work?
A seat is used when a employee is on your roster in the current period. Archiving them frees the seat only at the next rollover or renewal. Paid plans can add extras.
